Mr. Willie Louis Wells, Sandersville, departed this life on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at his residence with his family at his bedside.
Graveside services were held on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at 2 p.m. at the Brownwood Cemetery, Sandersville GA . Rev. Perry Burden, officiated
Following interment ,the family request the presence of family members and Pallbearers at the family residence for a candlelight vigil.
”Willie Louis Wells was born on February 22, 1954 in Washington County, Georgia to the late Horace Lee and the late Lutisher Wells of Sandersville, GA.
Along with his parents, Willie was predeceased by his two sisters, Bessie Mae Glenn and Maggie Joyer, and two brothers, John Williams and John Willie Lee.
Willie leaves to cherish his memories with his wife Regina L. Wells of Sandersville, GA; three sons, Shannon Wilson of Baltimore, MD, Lamar Wells of Virginia Beach, VA, and Adrian “My Son” Wells of Sandersville, GA; three daughters, CandisKelly of Chesapeake, VA, De’ja “My Little Jumper” Wells of Sandersville, GA and Kasashi “My Big Leg Woman” Wells of Sandersville, GA; two stepdaughters reared as his own, Shatavia(Jarvis) Martin of Rentz, GA and Lakina Hall of Sandersville, GA; nine sisters, Ada Bethea of Sandersville, GA, Mary Allen of Trenton, NJ, Evelene Peterson of Sandersville, GA, Jacquelyn Bethea of Sandersville, GA, Rosalie (Owen) Montaque of Sandersville, GA, Ruby (Darcy) Robinson of Harrison, GA, Hattie Parish of Tennessee, Brenda Jackson of Bartow, GA and Linda Pearson of Augusta, GA; two brother-in-laws, Willie (Carol) Lattimore of Ludowici, GA and Freddie Blocker, Jr. of Sandersville, GA; fourteen grandchildren, devoted cousins,Bobby Wells of Arizona and Paul Wells of Florida; devoted friends, Verlyn Hall of Wadley, GA and A.D. Davis of Sandersville, GA; a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
Wheeler’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
