Susie D Wilcher

Mrs. Susie D. Wilcher, Sandersville, returned to the open arms of her creator on Saturday, August 6,2022 at the Washington County Regional Medical Center, Sandersville, GA. 
 

Funeral services were held on Thursday, August 11,2022 @ 1 p.m.  at Springfield Baptist Church, Sandersville, GA . Rev. Calvin Hatcher officiated. Burial followed in the Neeler A.M.E. Church Cemetery, Davisboro, GA. 

Susie Wilcher was born in Sandersville, Georgia to the parentage of the late Mr. Harold Duggan, Sr., and Mrs. Alois P. Duggan.

 She  has been the Executive Director of Washington County NB & PW Club, Inc., Head Start/GA PreK for over 40 years.

Ms. Wilcher leaves to cherish her memories, five sisters:  Ola Mae  (Willie Lee) Thompson ,Brenda Duggan, Veronica Duggan (Otis) Hooks, Darlene Duggan and Michelle Duggan Sandersville, Georgia; one brother Harold DugganJ r. She also leaves to mourn a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Including Devoted Cousin, Connie D. Pinkston. Elizabeth Watts, Connie Pinkston, Devoted Friends. Elaine Nash , Clarence Billups, and Joyce Gardner .

Wheeler’s Funeral Home was in  charge of arrangements.
