Stacie Marie Pinkston

As you celebrate my homegoing, I pray that each of you will remember that I fought so hard to remain with each of you. I have finished my earthy course of life. My sudden departure was all a part of God’s plan for me, so keep the faith. A loving God knows what’s best for each of us, so please don’t be angry with God because he took me sooner than any of you planned. I am no longer walking my brief earthy journey. My memories will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those I touched over the years. I was always full of life, so remember me as a beacon of light guiding you through the darkness that exist in this world. In my absence, remember that my spirit lives on. I am now a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

Ms. Stacie Marie Pinkston, entered into eternal rest on Monday, December 30,2024 at Fairview Park Hospital, Dublin , GA. 
 

Funeral  services were held on Sunday, January 5, 2025  @ 2 p.m. at St. Paul C.M.E. Church , Pine Bloom Rd., Sparta, GA. Rev. Tracy B. Wheeler Sr. officiated. Burial followed in the church cemetery. 
 

Ms. Pinkston’s precious memories are left to be cherished by her loving mother, Ms. Essie Pinkston of Warthen, GA; step-mother, Mrs. Ardeen Wiley of Tennille, GA; four sisters, Ms. Shonda Pinkston and Ms. Sonya Pinkston of Warthen, GA, Ms. Brianna Wiley of Sandersville, GA, and Ms. Rachel Wiley of Milledgeville, GA; two brothers, Mr. Anthony Hilson and Mr. Ronnie Andrae Wiley of Sandersville, GA; devoted nephews and nieces that she reared as her own, Justin (Latronda) Jones of Sandersville, GA, Keyonna Sanford of Augusta, GA, Jakeem Warthen of Tennille, GA, Aniya Taylor of Augusta, GA, Jayden Wiley, Kambriel Wiley, Laila Wiley, Makayla Wiley, all of Sandersville, GA, and Novah Ransom of Milledgeville, GA; one great-nephew, Colton Jones of Sandersville, GA; nephews and nieces, Ebony Duckworth, Dylan Hilson, Dekemielle Tillman, Arin Hilson, Logan Cummings, and Ashdyn Hilson; five aunts,Ms. Morgan Pinkston, Ms. Marinda Wiley, and Ms. Arrie Prosser, all of Warthen, GA, Mrs. Dora (Jim) Collins ofSandersville, GA, and Mrs. Loretta Pinkston of North Charleston, SC; one uncle, Mr. John Amos Wiley of Warthen, GA; devoted cousins, Mrs. Marilyn (Marcus) Hood and Ms. Serena Jackson Taylor; devoted friends, Ms. Mary Ann Cummings, Mrs. Annie (Allen) Gray, Ms. Angela Asberry, Ms. Jackie Sanders, Ms. Christine Womble, and Mr. Julius “JJ” Collins, Jr.; a host of great-aunts and uncles, cousins, family and friends. 

Wheeler’s Funeral Home was entrusted with final arrangements.
