Sally Roberson

It is with deepest sympathy that we announce the transitioning from labor to reward of Mrs. Sally Roberson affectionately known as “Sal Lou” of Tennille, GA. 
 

Mrs. Roberson passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at the AU Medical Center in Augusta, GA. 
 

Funeral services will be held  on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 12 p.m. at Greater Victory Temple Church, Dublin , GA with Pastor Prenis Edmonds , officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasent AME Church Cemetery, Wrightsville, GA.

She was born in Johnson County Georgia to the parentage of the late Mr. W.H. Taylor and the late Mrs. Annie Lou Taylor.

Sally Mae was a faithful and dedicated member of Rhema International Ministries where she served as a mother on the Mother Board and an Elder on the Ministerial Board.

Sally loved spending time with her family, kids, and grandkids. She loved to cook and could cook just about anything. Her pound cakes were legendary. Most of all, she loved spending time with God.

She was preceded in death by her parents Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Taylor and her sister Ms. Rosa Mae Taylor.

Mrs. Roberson leaves to cherish her beautiful memories: two children: Ms. Latrina V. Roberson and Mr. Adrain Lee Roberson Jr. of Tennille, GA,; five grandchildren; Taylor Cy’Mone Jackson, Adrain JaCody Roberson, Damia MaShiya Hines, Kobe Juan Roberson, and Ashton Malik Roberson; six brothers: W.L.Taylor, Henry(Eola) Taylor; Sam Carswell of Wrightsville GA; Reverend Joe(Willie Mae)Taylor of Dublin GA; Elder Jimmy(Patricia)Taylor; Otis(Mary) Taylor of Tennille GA; two sisters; Annie Ola Taylor; Kathy (Terry)Taylor Madison of Wrightsville, GA and a host of nieces, nephews, god children, and beloved friends.
