Rose Mae Barnes

With humble acceptance of God’s will, we  announce the transitioning of Mrs.  Rose Mae Barnes,  Sandersville , on Monday, June 26, 2023 at her residence. 
 

Funeral  services were held on Sunday , July 2,2023 @ 3 p.m. at Deliverance Church , 401 Hall St. Sandersville, GA. Pastor Thomas Reeves officiated. Burial followed in the Sandersville City Cemetery. 
 

She is survived by  her daughters, Renee Jackson and Lizzie Durden; sons, Charlie (Annie Ruth) Barnes, Clifford (Virginia) Durden, Willie (Sharon)Durden, Oscar Durden, and Elton Durden; several grandchildren;, several great grandchildren; daughters in law, Martha Durden and Pat Barnes; sisters in law, Kate Barnes and Layla Barnes; devoted sisters in love, Hattie Wheeler and Evalene Jiles and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Wheeler’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
