To all my loved ones that I am leaving behind, don’t worry about me because my Heavenly Father has set me free. Please be forever grateful and thankful for the happiness we’ve shared. If my parting has left a void, then replace it with remembered joy. My life’s been full; I’ve savored much. This place was never meant to be a permanent home for any of us. 
 

Ricky L. Bryant departed this life on Thursday , October 26, 2023 at his residence. 
 

Funeral services were held on Saturday , November 4, 2023 at 11 a.m. at  Union Hill Baptist Church, Tennille , GA. Rev. Tracy Wheeler Sr. officiated. Burial  followed in the church cemetery. 

He is survived by his loving mother, Charlie Mae Bryant; siblings, Teresa (Garland) Watkins and Latasha (Gerald) Pearson; aunts, Jean Bell Hall, Stepanie Bell Hudson, June Swint Bell, Harriett Bell, and Linda Jenkins Bell; uncle, J.W. Bell, and a host of cousins, relatives, friends, and a community that loved him and that he loved.

Wheeler’s Funeral Home was entrusted with final arrangements.
