Patricia Tyree

Mrs. Patricia Tyree ,age 59, of Tennille, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 10, 2024 at Washington County Regional Medical Center. 

A service celebrating her life was held on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 10 a.m. at Wheeler’s Funeral Home Chapel . 
 

Mrs. Tyree was born in San Diego , CA , the daughter of the late Ms. Carolyn Bamburg . She graduated from the DeSoto High School in DeSoto, TX in 1982. 

On December 21,1985 she married Donald Tyree. Following her marriage, she moved to Washington County where she began her working career as a teller at George D. Warthen Bank in Sandersville until her heath began to decline in 2020. 

Upon her departure , she spent her time watching “soap operas “ and following her grandchildren to each of their sporting events.

Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Donald Tyree ; son, Christopher Tyree; grandchildren, Allison and Levi Wayne Tyree; siblings,Dianne , Pam, Cathy and Bruce ; and many nieces, nephews., other relatives and friends. 

Wheeler’s Funeral Home was entrusted with final arrangements.
