Nina Harris ,Sandersville, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at the Augusta University Medical Center, Augusta, GA.

Graveside services were held (along with her Father’s) on Saturday, September 12, 2020 @ 3 p. m. At Brownwood Cemetery, Sandersville, GA.

Nina was born on April 26, 1966 to the parentage of Sylvester Houston and Mae E. Houston in Augusta, GA.

Nina attended the public schools of Washington County.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Harris, Sr. and her sister, Patricia Ann Wicker.

Mrs. Harris is survived by her two sons, Johnny (Monique) Harris, Jr. of Sandersville, GA and Derrick (Katina) Harris of Sandersville, GA; three daughters, Kimberly (Tommy) Harris of Sandersville, GA, Briana (Jawasky) Harris of Tennille, GA and ShaKethia Warthen of Warthen, GA; one sister, Sandra Houston of Tennille, GA; six brothers, Victor Jones of Sandersville, GA, Merle Houston of Tennille, GA, Dennis (Andrenetta) Jones of Raleigh, NC, Tyrone (Teresa) Gonder of Dublin, GA, Gerald Gonder of Tennille, GA and Willie (Lenora) Wicker of Wrens, GA; two aunts, Juanita Gonder of Sandersville, GA and Mary Nell Jones of Augusta, GA; ten grandchildren, Jaysen Harris, Isaiah Ross, Tiana Harris, Kamya Hall, Taylon Harris, Jasiah Harris, Gregory Gilmore, Shanieya Warthen, Kejuan Bloodsaw, and Charles Bloodsaw; mother-in-law, Lille Mae Todd of Sandersville, GA; three brother-in-laws, Ronnie (Jackie) Harris of Sandersville, GA, Smith Harris III of Augusta, GA and Jimmie (Tonya) Sanders of Sandersville, GA; two sister-in-laws, Rochelle Fleming of Sandersville, GA and Judy Jennette of Sandersville, GA; a special niece and nephew, LeAndra Brown of Tennille, GA and Leotis Dixon, Jr. of Suffolk, VA that she helped raised; and a host of other relatives and friends.
