Mrs. Mae Bell Dixon fully entered the presence of the Lord on September 20, 2023 at the Warrenton Health and Rehabilitation Center , Warrenton, GA. She was a beloved wife, mother, big ma, sister, aunt, and friend.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 12 p.m. at Camp Spring Baptist Church , Sandersville, GA . Rev. Levi White III officiated. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
To cherish her memories, she leaves her eight daughters, Jessie Jordan, Lucille Oatman, Mary Warthen, Louvenia Johnson, Betty White, Pearlie White, Mable Brown, and Louise Swint; five sons, Napoleon Warthen, Rev. Levi (Bernestine) White III, Richard White, Dean Salter, and Sylvester Neal; nephew Eddie Lee (Tressie) Dixon; 53 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; great-great-great grandchildren and a host of other loving relatives including a devoted friend , Mrs. Angela Lane who referred to Ms. Mae Bell as “Big Ma”
Wheeler’s Funeral Home was entrusted with final arrangements.
