She was a product of the Washington County School System where she was a proud 1997 graduate of Washington County High School (WACO).  She was a true fan of WACO football and could always be found at game cheering them on.  She kept the tradition strong in her baby girl Jhakeria who followed her path and excelled in everything that she did at WACO.Macqusia was a member of Washington County BRIM.  She loved Arts and Crafts and was known for her beautiful wreaths.

She was an adamant Atlanta Falcons fans.  She loved to travel and see the world.  She had a glowing contagious personality with a flare of sass and lashes popping.  She never met a stranger.  Her smile was beautiful, and it would light up a room. Strong in spirit she was diagnosed with Lupus, but it never kept her down. She fought through it all not feeling her best at times as a positive role model for her baby girl.
