Lizzie Cummings

Ms. Lizzie M. Cummings, Sandersville, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Washington County Regional Medical Center, Sandersville, GA. 
 

Graveside services were held on Sunday, Jan. 3, 2021 @ 2 p.m. at Kingdom Life Fellowship Church, Harrison, GA with Bishop Clifford Duckworth officiating. 

Sister Lizzie Mae Cummings was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Washington County Regional Medical Center.  Ms. Lizzie was born April 13, 1947. 

Sis. Lizzie accepted Christ at a young age. She was a faithful member of Kingdom Life Fellowship Ministry. She was actively involved in church as an usher. Her pastime was spent fellowshipping with family and friends. She enjoyed doing her puzzle books and talking on the phone.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Mary C. Brown, Sr., her loving husband, Levi Cummings, Sr., son, Adrian Brown, daughter, Shirlene Walker, grandchildren, Levi Cummings III and Ne’Heaven Nicole Cummings, and great-grandchild, Allie Grace Dixon.

Sis. Lizzie leaves to cherish her love and memories to her two daughters, Lisa (Gary) Jones and Melissa Dixon (Niki Stone); son, Minister Levi (Victoria) Cummings, Jr.; six sisters, Roberta (BenLee) Madison, Mattie Brown, Mary (Sam) Irwin, Annie Taylor, Bertha M. Thomas, Daisy Tillman; six brothers, Robert (Betty) Brown, Hazzie (Ida) Brown, Willie Brown, Forrest Brown, Danny Frazier, and Harold Frazier; sisters-in-law, Ella Mills and Olen Flemming; fourteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; devoted Godmother, Sis. Jackie Battle; two son-in-laws, Spencer Walker and Arthur Dixon; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. 

 Wheeler’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
