Lisa Jones

Mrs. Lisa Jones heard Christ voice and entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 18, 2021 at the Augusta University Hospital, Augusta, GA.

Graveside services were held on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 3 p.m. @ Smith Grove Baptist Church, Tennille, GA. 

Lisa was born October 31, 1968.She enjoyed doing hair, going to church, and being a mother to all of the babies.

Lisa is preceded in death by her parents Lizzie and Levi Cummings, Sr., sister, Shirlene Taylor, brother, Adrian Brown, and brother-in-law, Gregory Jones.

She leaves to cherish her love and memories, her loving husband of 32 years, Gary Jones, Sr.; sons, Stargell Jones and Kendarious Jones; stepsons, Gary (Eulisa) Jones, Jr., Branza’ Jones, Jaylen Jones, and Trentavious Jones; sister, Melissa (Arthur) Dixon; brother, Levi (Victoria) Cummings, Jr.; brothers-in-law, DeWayne Jones, Eric (Delois) Jordan, Sr., Spencer Walker, Sr., and Nikki Stone; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Wheeler’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
