To all my loved ones who I am leaving behind, please be forever grateful and thankful for the happiness we’ve shared. If my parting has left a void, then fill it with the memories that we’ve created together. As you celebrate the end of my life’s journey, I pray that each of you will find comfort in knowing that a loving and compassionate God know what’s best for each of us. I tried to take advantage of my brief time on earth by embracing each of you with my beautiful smile and showing each of you so much love.

Mr. Jeffrey Wade  Jr.  entered into eternal rest on Friday,  December 19, 2025 at the Washington County Regional Medical Center, Sandersville, GA. 

Wheeler’s Funeral Home has been entrusted with final arrangements.
