Jeffery Cumming

Mr. Jeffery Cumming, Warthen, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday , December 6, 2022 at Piedmont Hospital in Macon, GA . 

Funeral service were held on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 1pm from Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Pastor Mack Jackson officiated. . Interment followed in the Sandersville City Cemetery. 
 

Jeffery was born on April 27, 1975 to the parentage of Mrs. Bessie M. Cumming and the late Bishop David D. Cumming .

He attended the public schools of Washington County and was a member of the graduating class of 1993. Following graduation, Jeffery continued his education at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA and later he attended an aviation school in Tulsa, OK.

To cherish his memories, Jeffery leaves behind his mother, Mrs. Bessie M. Cumming, Warthen, GA; eight brothers, Donald (Diane) Brookins, Atlanta, GA, David Cumming, Baltimore, MD, Arthur Cumming, Macon, GA, Johnny (Frances) Cumming,Tennille, GA, Samuel (Barbara) Cumming, Sandersville, GA, Lloyd Williams, Kenneth Cumming and Alvin Cumming, all of Warthen , GA; sister, Deneyce (Leonard) Smith, Milledgeville, GA, eight aunts, six uncles, devoted friend , Lamar Wright , Gadsden, AL; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including Dedric Hill, Clifford Coleman, Deonte Hornaday, Lemonte Portwood, Connie Cross and Dexter Parker.

Wheeler’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
