Mr. Grady James , entered into eternal rest on Monday , March 13 , 2023 at Sparta Health and Rehabilitation Center, Sparta, GA. 
 

Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 18,2023 at 1 p.m. at Henderson Grove A.M.E. Church , Sandersville, GA. Rev. Tracy Wheeler Sr.  officiated. . Burial followed  in the Sandersville City Cemetery . 

He is survived by a loving wife, Evangelist Louise James of Sandersville, GA; two sons, Kelvin Jordan of Sandersville, GA and Michael James of Temple, GA; four daughters, Sophia Jordan of Dublin, GA, Angela James of Warner Robins, Sonya (Joe) Shinhoster of Dublin, GA, and Katina (Chris) Edwards of McDonough, GA; six brothers; Tommy Lee (Linda) James of Atlanta, GA, Marshall James of Augusta, GA, Cleveland James of McDonough, GA, Walter James of Milledgeville, GA, Melvin James of Anniston, AL, and Bennie Frank James of Sandersville, GA; two uncles, O.J. Miller, and Eddie Lee Miller, both of Sandersville, GA; one brother-in-law, Leonard Jordan of Sandersville, GA; two sisters-in-law; Inez Dennis, and Ida Mae Freeman both of Sandersville, GA; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Wheeler’s Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
