Gladine Hooks

Take my hand, precious Lord and lead me home.
 

Ms. Gladine Hooks, Tennille ,entered  into eternal rest on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at the Augusta University Hospital, Augusta, GA. 

Graveside services were held on Saturday , November 14, 2020 at 2 p.m.  at the Green Grove Baptist Church. Burial  followed  in Resthaven Memorial Garden, Sandersville,GA .Rev. Frank Smith officiated.

Gladine Hooks was born on February 22, 1933 in Washington County, Georgia.  

She was predeceased in death by her husband, Tom Hooks, three sons, Eddie Lee Hooks, Johnny Hooks, and Roosevelt Hooks, and two grandchildren, Markeisha Gibbons and Quartez “Twin” Daniel. 

Gladine leaves to cherish her memories, three daughters, Annie Moment, Dorothy Daniel, and Shirlene Gibbons; two sons, Tommy Hooks and Sylvester Hooks; nine grandchildren, Moneyque Moment, Angela Moment, Antonio Hooks, Duartez  Daniel, Larry Gibbons, Ricardo Taylor, Ashley Hooks, Ericka Kitchen, and Antonio Lovett; fourteen great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. 

Wheeler’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
