Ms. Georgia Ann Brown, affectionately known as “Tuttie”, entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 25,2021 at the Northside Gwinnett Medical Center.
Graveside services were held on Saturday, November 6, 2021 @ 2 p.m. at Kingdom Advancment Ministries, 806 Jordan Mill Rd., Sandersville, GA . Burial will follow in the Sandersville City Cemetery , Sandersville, GA Bishop Kendall Phillips officiated.
Ms. Georgia Ann Brown was born September 24, 1945, to the proud parents of the late Lillie Mae Hagans and George Lee Brown in Swainsboro, Georgia.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Claudia Mae Hagans.
Tuttie was educated in the Washington County Public School System. At an early age, she united with the Jones Chapel AME Church in Wadley, Georgia. Tuttie was self-employed as a " Cleaning Services Processional” and retired several years ago in Atlanta, Georgia.
She leaves to cherish good memories two daughters, Cynthia Taylor of Lawrenceville, Georgia and Jacqueline Stewart of Hampton, Georgia; one son, Kenneth Brown of Stonecrest , Georgia; three sisters, Bertha Dawson of Oconee, Georgia, Reatha Lee (Robert) Biggins and Jeanette Brown, both of Sandersville, Georgia; a host of nieces and nephews, including Connie Brown of Atlanta, Georgia and Mary Lena Brown of Sandersville, Georgia; a loving nephew, Paris Brown; six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and a special friend and nurse, Meko of Atlanta, Georgia.
Wheeler’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
