I heard the voice of Jesus say,
"Come unto me and rest;
Lay down, O weary one, lay down
Your head upon my breast."
Ms. Gail Watts, Sandersville, quietly entered into eternal rest on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at the Washington County Regional Medical Center, Sandersville, GA.
Graveside services were held on Saturday , Nov.21, 2020 @ 12 p.m. at Jordan Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Davisboro GA .
The angels sang on September 21, 1958 when God blessed the lives of the late Scott Brinson and the late Ella Tee Watts with a beautiful daughter the world would know as Gail Watts.
Gail was nurtured from early life to her adulthood in Davisboro, Georgia and later moved to Sandersville. She was a 1977 graduate of Washington County High School and continued her education at South Georgia Technical College where she received her LPN license. She was passionate about caring for others and was a dedicated nurse at Smith Nursing Home, retiring after 40 years of faithful service.
Along with her parents, Gail was preceded in death by her sister, Venita Brinson.
Gail will be forever remembered by the lives she touched. She leaves to cherish her unforgettable spirit her siblings, Jewel Grant, Lester (Helen) Watts, Trence Watts, Hester (Elder Ulysses) Smith, Geri Dean Brinson, and Scottie Brinson; devoted aunt, Ethel Yorker; great-aunts, Ola Bell Wiggins and Mary Helen Baker; devoted nephew, Lorenzo Watts; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
