Evelyn (Paris) Wilson

Mrs. Evelyn Paris Wilson of Tampa, Florida , passed away Thursday, April 7, 2022. An online Memorial service was conducted Saturday, April 16, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. via zoom. Brother Keith Lee of the Palm River Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses officiated .Interment followed in Rest Haven Memorial Park, 4615 E. Hanna Ave Tampa, FL 33610 at 2:30 p.m. 

Mrs. Wilson grew up in Sandersville, GA, and was a resident of Tampa for 50 years.  She attended Washington County Public Schools and was a member of the Palm River Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Mrs. Evelyn was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed serving Jehovah, traveling, gardening, and being with her family.  

She is preceded in death by her father, Green Paris Jr., mother, Julia Paris Anderson; brothers, George Paris, and Arthur Paris; and sister Essie Clark.

Left to cherish her memories is ;her devoted husband of 46 years, Mr. Richard A. Wilson Sr.; adoring sons, Derrick Wilson, Richard A. Wilson Jr.(Pauline), Jason Wilson (Stacci); grandchildren, LaVette, Quawnlindreia (Chris), Khia, Asiah, Elijah, Jacci, Kynder; great-grandson, Nasir; four sisters, Julia Wilson (Bernard), Sandra Wynn (Salinto), LaTonya Matos (Juanito), and Rhonda Williams; two brothers, Carl Paris (Emma), Esq. Clinton Paris(Samanthia); special friends, Gail Jones, Sharon Brown and Arlene Arhana; caring aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, spiritual family, dear friends, including the Dunn and Paris families of Washington County, GA.
