Eloise Kitchens

Ms. Eloise Kitchens , Warrenton, entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 31, 2022 at University Hospital, Augusta, GA. 
 

Graveside services were held on Friday, February 4, 2022 at New Hope Baptist Church , Hamburg State Park Rd, Warthen, Georgia. Bishop Michael Engram officiated.

Eloise was born July 8, 1944, in Washington County, Georgia, to the late Mr. Arthur Miller and the late Mrs. Annie Luare Miller.

She attended the public schools of Washington County.She was a member of Outreach Ministry Church of Warrenton, GA. 

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Alton Kitchens, Jr., and Mrs. Annie Pearl Ellis.

Mrs. Eloise Kitchens was a loving housewife who loved cooking and enjoyed her family and grandchildren.

Mrs. Eloise leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Angie (Travis) Devero of Warrenton, GA, Sherry (Edward) Lowe of Warrenton, GA, Terry (Tyrossala) Kitchens of Augusta, GA, Dexter (Pamela) Forney, and Jeffrey Miller all of Mitchell, GA; devoted mother-in-law, Mrs. Dannie M. Kitchens of Mitchell, GA; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; sister-in-law; brother-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews,other relatives and friends.

Wheeler’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
