Graveside services will be held on Saturday , April 18, 2020 at 2 p.m. from the Woodlawn Cemetery, Sandersville, GA. with Rev. Woodrow Salley , officiating.
Effie leaves to cherish her memories her husband of 33 years, David Williams Sr., two daughters, Tonesa Curry, Augusta, GA, Faith Williams, Atlanta, GA; five grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Treyanna Williams,Jermon Cooper, Tramarcus Curry, TaMya Curry, and Joshua Williams; one great-grandchild, Kayden Williams; sister, Mattie E. Curry, Macon, GA; step children, Jackie Washington, David Williams Jr., Eric Williams Sr. all of Tennille, GA, Nacoma Martin-Corbin, Parma Heights, OH, Pamela Warthen, Warthen, GA; devoted niece, Mykhandria Curry, Macon, GA; three nephews, Wallace Davis, Louisville, GA, Charles Davis, Dallas, TX, Marcus D. Gundy, Milledgeville, GA; two sisters-in-law Maebel (Wimbly) Williams-Hale of East Point, GA and Eva Williams of Sandersville, GA; one brother-in-law, Robert Williams Jr. of Long Island, NY; a Godsister, Minister Hattie M. Wheeler, God nephew, Rev. Tracy Wheeler, both of Sandersville, GA; and a host of other relatives and friends.
