Obituary
Mr. Eddie Andrews, Warthen , GA affectionately known as “Zeke” entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 19,2023 .
Funeral services were held on Saturday, April 29,2023 at 2 p.m. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Warthen , GA.Rev. Corian Robinson officiated. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Eddie , affectionately known as “Zeke” , was born to the parentage of the late Edward Burten Sr. and the late Mamie Lou Andrews Burten.
He attended the public schools of Washington County.
His memories will be forever cherished by his son, Travis Gladdin; grandson, Travion Carswell; brothers, Edward (Eamie) Burten Jr., Willie Fred Burten, Herman (Barbara) Burten; sister, Vivian (Joseph) Foster; aunts,Malinda Haynes and Eva Lue Mills and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins , other relatives and friends.
Wheeler’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
