Djuan Latrell “Henry” Clayton

I went home on the morning train, so goodbye world.” It is with a shout of joy and a grateful heart that I say “see you in the morning” to all those I leave behind.  For I knew that if this old earthly body gave out, that I had a building from God, eternal in the heavens, not made by man’s hands. I have overcome the world because my faith did not stand in the wisdom of man, but in the power  of God. Thank you, Father, that by your stripes I am healed. 
 

On Sunday, February 9, 2025, a dear family member, a devoted and loving son, father, brother and friend , departed this life for another land. Djuan Latrell Clayton, affectionately known as “Henry”, our dear sweet one who has gone on before us, we sorrow, but not as those who have no hope. 
 

Funeral services were held on Saturday, February 15, 2025  @ 11 a.m. at St.Paul C.M.E. Church , Sparta, GA. Rev. Carlotta Ficklin , officiated.  Burial  followed in the church cemetery. 

Wheeler’s Funeral Home was entrusted with final arrangements.
