Denise Marion Obituary

My life was beautiful; for as long as it lasted, but the journey of my life has come to an end. Some lives are measured not in years, but in the love they give and the light they leave behind.

Ms. Denise Nicole Marion , departed this life  on Monday, June 29,2026 .

A celebration of her life was held on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 11 a.m. at Wheeler’s Event Center , Sandersville , GA .

Born on February 1, 1979, Denise was a gentle, soft-spoken woman whose kindness and love touched everyone fortunate enough to know her. She had a beautiful heart and never hesitated to help someone in need Denise was the type of person who would give you the clothes off her back without expecting anything in return.

Family was the center of Denise's life. She cherished every moment spent with those she loved, especially her grandchildren, who were truly her world. She treasured every card, drawing, photograph, and little keepsake they gave her because each one reminded her of the love they shared.

Denise had a wonderful sense of humor and could brighten any room with her warm smile and her delightfully corny jokes that always made everyone laugh. Her kindness, generosity, compassion, and gentle spirit will forever be remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Denise was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Rosa Marion and Carlos Marion, and her brothers, Randy Marion and Bobby Marion.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory her loving children: Crindreka McKinney, her only daughter; her sons, Dontavious Marion; and Quntavious Marion. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Kingston Hagans, Princeton Marion, MaKenzie Hagans, Zymir McKinney, and Jaydon Taylor, who brought endless joy and happiness to her life.

She is also survived by her beloved companion, John Daniel; her brother, Gerald Marion; her niece, Naomi Marion; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever cherish the love, laughter, and memories she shared with them.

Though our hearts are broken, we are grateful for the time we shared with Denise. Her love, kindness, strength, and beautiful spirit will live on through her children, grandchildren, and everyone whose life she touched.
