Mr. Demario Johnson, Sandersville, entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 15, 2021 at Pine Pointe Hospice , Macon, GA.
Graveside services were held on Sunday, November 21, 2021 @ 3 p.m. at the Sandersville City Cemetery, Hall St., Sandersville, GA.
Born in Atlanta on May 4, 1984, he was the son of the late Herbert Johnson Jr., and Ms. Virginia Ann Risby.
He was raised and educated in Washington County and was a graduate of Washington County High School class of 2002.
In his spare time, he was always spending time with his family and friends. He loved music, and became a amateur rapper with the stage name “Lil Yo.”
In addition to his mother, Virginia Ann Risby, Demario is survived by his beloved son , Stephon Remir Johnson; his loving sisters, Shonda Washington and Tametris Johnson , brothers, De’Juar ( Latarsha) Risby, Anthony (Margie) Williams and Roderick (Asher it’s) Parham; loving grandmother, Mrs. Ernestine Johnson; stepmother, Kathleen ( Gary) Johnson, loving aunts, Sandra ( Mark) Frazier, Alice ( John Willie) Jackson and Jean (Bobby) Smith; uncles, Troy (Renee) Johnson and Jimmy (Patricia) Johnson; 32 loving nieces and nephews,17 great nieces and nephews ; devoted future brother in law , Gary Merrel Jr., and his many close friends including the Tybee community.
Wheeler’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
