Deacon Adrain Lee Roberson Sr.

Dea. Adrain L.Roberson Sr., Tennille, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 11,2020 at his residence following an extended illness. 

Graveside services were held on Saturday , October 17, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Dixon Grove Church Of God In Christ,  2623 Dixon Grove Rd., Tennille, GA. Rev. Jeremiah Wooten, officiated.

Adrain Lee Roberson, Sr. was born April 25, 1953 to the parentage of the late A.J. Roberson and Addie Lee Demons.

He joined Dixon Grove C.O.G.I.C. at an early age and in 2019 he was ordained as a Deacon.

After 25 plus years of dedicated years of service,he retired from W.F. Jackson Construction Co. 

Adrain’s hobbies included riding his motorcycle, playing softball, football and basketball. He always loved Sunday School and Bible study.

Adrain was preceded in death along with his father in 2018 by  loving wife Ms. Annette Brinson Roberson. 

Adrain leaves to cherish his memories his son, Adrain Roberson, Jr.; two daughters, Latrina Roberson and Quanntae Brinson; sister, Lee Ella Taylor; four brothers, Jesse James Roberson, Sr., Willie John Roberson, Edgar Roberson, and Raynard (Felecia) Roberson; aunts, Earnestine Moody, Cherrie Haynes, and Lillie Pearl Jackson; father-in-law, Jimmy Brinson; six grandchildren, Taylor Jackson, Adrain Roberson, Jr., Damia Haynes, Lyberti Poole, Kobe Roberson, and Ashton Roberson; Goddaughter, Shemika Wright; sister-in-law, Jeannete Wright; brothers-in-law, Larry Brinson and Morris Brinson; devoted friends, Fred Adams, Joann Poole, Dennis Harper, Sheila Bruins and Cheryl Hooks; and host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Wheeler’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
