Dea. William Edward Swint Sr., gained his wings and entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 7,2021 .
Graveside services were held on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Limestone Baptist Church, Bartow GA, with Rev. Johnny Ray Sampson , officiating.
William was born on December 21, 1946 to the late Alma Swint and George Swint.
Deacon Swint leaves to cherish his memories a loving wife, Annie Mae Swint of Sandersville, GA; one son, William Edward (Stephanie) Swint Jr. of Temple, GA; Siblings, Dorothy Mae Edwards (Benny Forehand) of Climax, Ga; Joseph (Lisa) Swint of Macon GA; Danny (Carolyn) Swint of Hephzibah, GA; George (Merlyn) Swint of Sandersville, GA; Almaree Swint of Evans, GA and Eulas (Veronica Diane) Swint of Ellenwood, GA; Sisters-in-law, Glades (Royal) Whicker of Swainsboro, GA; Maybelline Stevenson of Sandersville, GA; Brothers-in-law, Harvey (Angela) Hall of Sandersville, GA; Willie (Ethal) Hall of Wadley, GA; Charles (Mary) Hall of Sandersville, GA; Jack Hall of Sandersville, GA; grandchildren, Madison Swint, of Temple, GA and a host of nieces, nephews, and special friends.
Although Deacon Swint only had one biological child, he helped raise others including Kenneth Daniel of Tennille, GA; Patricia Eagle of Sandersville, GA; Laverne Daniel of Sandersville, GA; Kerry Daniel of Tennille, GA; John Swint of Macon, GA; Kimberly Swint of Byron, GA; Keith Swint of Byron, GA; Colethia Swint of Augusta, GA and he was a father figure to many others during his lifetime.
