Corneilus Swint II

Mr. Corneilus Swint II, Tennille, GA, entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 28,2020 at the Washington County Regional Medical Center , Sandersville, GA .

Graveside services were held on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 3 p.m. at Union Hill Baptist Church, Tennille, Rev Tracy Wheeler officiating.

He was born January 12, 1961 to the parentage of the late Cornelius Swint, Sr. and Eloise Lanier.

Mr. Swint attended the public schools of Washington County and was employed by D.D. Crawford Primary School for ten years and Gator Pool until his health started to decline. 

He was preceded in death by his sisters Teresa Ann Jackson and Sharon Swint.

Mr. Swint leaves to cherish his memories his dear children, Latowa Cato, Ashley Swint, Shoroski Swint, Reginald Swint, and Keith Swint, all of Tennille, GA; two sisters, Cathy (Ricardo) Perez and Ducresse Swint, both of Tennille, GA; two brothers, Cornelius Earl (Sheila) Swint of Warthen, GA and Kennedy (Barbara Ann) Swint of Tennille, GA; seven grandchildren, Nevaeh Cato, Tyrik Jordan, James Little, Jr., Jasmine Swint, Jerome Pierce, Jr., ReKerious Swint and Kade Swint, all of Tennille, GA; devoted mate of many years, Gwendolyn Miller and devoted friends, George Askew, Boo Wiley, and Joseph Purvey; and a host of devoted nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Wheeler’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
