Barbara Jordan

On Tuesday, May 21, 2019, the angel of death came and sealed the lips of Ms. Barbara Ann Jordan at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta after a long illness. She was surrounded by her family and friends.

Barbara leaves to cherish her memories;her mother, Ms. Mae E. Jordan, her children, Devont’e McCall, Davison Young, Dazmine Jordan and Dallas Richardson, all of Tennille, GA; three sisters, Ms. Bobbie J. Ross, Dublin; Mrs. Allie (Willie) Wells, Sandersville; Mrs. Joyce (Francis) Murigu, Powder Springs, GA; four aunts, one uncle, and many loved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, 

Funeral services were held on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at 4:00 PM at St. James Christian Fellowship Church in Tennille, GA. The burial was at Samuel Grove Cemetery. Relatives and friends were respectfully invited. Visiting hours was Friday and Saturday from 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 PM.
