On the morning of December 27, 2020, Ms. Annie Belle “Peggy” Askew gained her heavenly wings and flew away to be at rest at Tanner Health System, Carrollton, GA.
Graveside services were held on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 11 a.m. at the Sandersville City Cemetery .
She was born on January 29, 1953 to the late Ernest Fraley and Johnnie Bell Swint Fraley.
She attended Washington County Public Schools and graduated in 1972.
Peggy leaves to cherish her memories her loving daughter, Annette Fraley Myrick of Carrollton, GA; Maybelline Sanders,whom she raised as her own of Carrollton, GA; grandsons, Felix Myrick, Jr. and Darius Myrick, both of Carrollton, GA; two devoted great-granddaughters, Isabella Myrick and Nevaeh Myrick, both of Carrollton, GA; sisters, Essie B. (Donald) Tarver of Griffin, GA, Eunice (Gary) Champion of Tyrone, GA, Viola Fraley of Sandersville, GA, Henrietta Fraley, Marie Fraley, Ernestine Fraley, Diane Newman, and Lisa May Fraley, all of Philadelphia, PA; brothers, Artice (Gladys) Fraley of Atlanta, GA, Ulysses Fraley, Harry Fraley, both of Sandersville, GA, and Ernest Frank (Beatrice) Fraley of Philadelphia, PA;devoted niece, Tyeshia Michelle (Rodney) Conard; and several other nieces, nephews, and friends.
