Alice ”Poochie” Daniels

I did not want to leave you all because I loved each of you in my own special way, but when God heard my secret cries, His death angels came to take me home. After eighty-six years of life and many trials and tribulations, I welcomed my departure from this land because Earth was never my permanent home. There was peace and serenity on this journey. My journey through this life is over, but my true journey has just begun! Don’t cry for me, but rejoice instead, because I am now free and resting in my new home. 

Mrs. Alice Daniels , entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 4,2024 at Wrightsville Manor Nursing Home , Wrightsville, GA. 

Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 11,2024 @ 3 p.m. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Warthen , GA . Rev. Tracy Wheeler St. officiated.  Burial followed in the church cemetery. 

She is survived by her children, Alfred (Rose Mary) Miles and Yvonne (Raymond) Foster , both of Warthen, GA as a host of other relatives and friends. 

 Wheeler’s Funeral Home was entrusted with final arrangements.
