It is with deepest sympathy that Wheeler’s Funeral Home announces the death of Ms. Aggie Ruth Wilcher.
Ms. Wilcher passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at Mt. Sinai South Hospital , Oceanside, NY.
Graveside services were held on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery, Warthen, GA. Rev. Tracy Wheeler, officiated.
Aggie Ruth Wilcher was born in Warthen, Georgia to the late Annie Miles Price. She was the youngest of five children, in which three preceded her in death, along with a devoted nephew ,Mr. Marion Wilcher, Bronx, NY. She assumed and accepted her responsibility early in life as a daughter, sister, mother, aunt, and friend.
Her love, memories, and life will always be cherished by those who loved her deeply; a loving and devoted son, Darrell Wilcher of Far Rockaway, NY, and a loving daughter Shirley (Larry) Brooks of Valdosta, GA,; grandchildren, Krystian, Bianca, and Terrell; great-grandchildren, Amori, Jaiden, Elisia, Robin, and Briana; sister, Mary Wilcher of Far Rockaway, NY; five loving nieces, Elene Hines, Regina Hines, Annie (Willie) Robinson, all of Sandersville, GA ,Cynthia (Billy) Lassiter, of Smithfield, NC, Belinda (Tyrone) Hodges, of Hephzibah, GA, six devoted nephews, Perry Hines, Charles (Ella) Hines,both of Sandersville, GA, Miles (Cassandra) Hines, Gainesville, FL, Bobby (Lorraine) Hines, Hephzibah, GA, Milton Wilcher, Michael Wilcher, both of Far Rockaway, NY; devoted cousin; Rev. Tom (Bessie) Miles, of Sandersville, GA and a host of other relatives and friends.
